Shipping & Returns
Dispatch times
Most ready-to-ship pieces are posted within 1–3 working days.
If an item needs a little extra finishing time, it will be noted on the product listing.
Shipping destinations
I currently ship to: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and a small selection of European countries shown at checkout.
If your country isn’t available at checkout, shipping isn’t currently offered.
Tracking & delivery
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked (UK and international). For many destinations, the same tracking number continues to update after arrival and can be followed through the local postal service (for example USPS in the United States and Canada Post in Canada). Delivery times vary by destination and can be affected by seasonal delays and customs processing.
Packaging
Sculptures are packaged securely to protect delicate details during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the piece.
Customs & import taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to local customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges. These are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & cancellations
Because each piece is a one-of-a-kind artwork, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery so I can help.
Problem with an order
If something isn’t right, email me with:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos (if relevant)
I’ll do my best to resolve it quickly.
